First Pediatric Gi Appt Coming Up..... What To Expect?

Hello again,
As I mentioned in my initial post, my 6 year old son had a weak positive ttg iga (negative dgp iga and igg). He has been back for the repeat bloodwork  (no results for him or his 11 year old brother yet), and we were referred to a Ped. GI. I received the call today that we are booked for Feb 19..... then I started getting stressed out.... what happens at the initial appt? what hapens if the scope comes back negative--would you remove gluten from his diet?
